| Mainstream School Full Support up to 5 hours• A scheduled appointment/visit to your school/college to undertake pupil assessments for Access Arrangements. The Full Day Service includes up to 5 hours of assessments, manual completion of assessment forms, electronic completion of the relevant section of JCQ Form 8. All paperwork (including electronic completion of Form 8), submitted to the SENDCo before the end of the day. | £300 |
| Mainstream School Support half day includes up to 3 hours of assessments, manual completion of assessment forms, electronic completion of the relevant section of JCQ Form 8. All paperwork (including electronic completion of Form 8), submitted to the SENDCo before the end of the day. | £190 |
